IDDK is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of the startups for the 2024 International SpaceTech Startup Supporting Program, hosted by Industrial Technology Research Institute, Taiwan Accelerator Plus, and Taiwan Space Agency. This program is designed to support the development of next-generation space technologies by fostering innovation among promising space-related startups from around the world.
IDDK was chosen for this prestigious program due to its pioneering work in developing the Micro Imaging Device (MID), a one-chip microscope based on semiconductor sensor technology. MID offers a novel approach to conducting biological experiments in space, enabling simplified and cost-effective operations compared to traditional microscopy technologies.
Through the 2024 International SpaceTech Startup Supporting Program, IDDK will engage in a comprehensive mentoring program, gain access to funding opportunities, and participate in global networking events. These resources will strengthen our technical development and enhance our efforts to expand globally. Additionally, IDDK aims to build partnerships and explore market entry opportunities in Taiwan and across the Asia-Pacific region, positioning itself as a key player in the space industry.
